DCAC received many gifts from young donors in 2016, but just a few days before Christmas, a group of young philanthropists made a donation that has had a lasting impact on our forensic interview program. By collecting new stuffed animals, this group helped us spread holiday cheer to the children and families who come to DCAC for interviews! Because of this gift, every child who walks through our doors has been able to pick out a new stuffed animal to take home. We can honestly say that our clients’ joy and excitement when receiving this gift is indescribable. We are so thankful for this group of young donors and their gift that we will continue collecting stuffed animal donations into 2017.
