Delia is an early childhood mental health consultant. She recently moved to Denver after graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a master’s degree in Legal and Forensic Psychology. Previously, she obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon, majoring in Family and Human Services and minoring in Spanish and psychology. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate experience, Delia had the opportunity to work with children of all ages in a variety of settings. While in her undergraduate program, Delia interned at Kids FIRST, the Children’s Advocacy Center in Eugene, Oregon. During her graduate program, Delia was hired at Kids FIRST as a Victim Advocate, providing her with experience working with children who have experienced trauma and their families and/or caregivers. Delia has also worked, volunteered, and interned in a variety of nonprofits and childcare centers, enabling her the chance to work with diverse populations in many different contexts.
