Molly spent the last 10 years working alongside survivors of human trafficking both domestically and internationally. Before completing graduate school, she spent time in Central America and Asia assisting survivors of trafficking. Molly holds a master’s degree in International Psychology with a concentration in Trauma. She was employed as the Program Director for a residential treatment center for youth, a therapist at a psychiatric hospital, and an advocate at a safe house, all of which were environments where she had the opportunity to support survivors of both labor and sex trafficking. Prior to taking on her current role as Human Trafficking Director, Molly worked for the Department of Defense where she was a Subject Matter Expert and Sexual Assault Specialist for survivors within the military. Currently, she sits on the governor-appointed Colorado Human Trafficking Council. Molly’s commitment to supporting survivors and families in a culturally-inclusive environment was the catalyst for her joining the board at DCAC. |
